6. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations
- Retail Clothing Items: Unworn and unwashed standard products (e.g., blank unisex T-shirts, shorts) can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery, provided they retain their original tags and packaging.
- Custom & Bulk Orders: Because custom-printed items are manufactured specifically to your unique specifications, all custom and personalized orders are final and non-refundable, unless there is a clear manufacturing defect or printing error on our part.
7. Limitation of Liability
Mr.Rootz, its directors, and its employees will not be held liable for any indirect, consequential, or special liability arising out of or in any way connected with your use of this website or the garments purchased through it.
